Carotta oil is the foundation of a well-balanced kitchen. Added to the diet, it will cover the daily requirement of vitamins and essential fatty acids.<\/p>\n

Carrot oil<\/strong>\u00a0is an excellent source of beta-carotene. It protects the skin from the damaging effects of free radicals that contribute to premature skin ageing (degradation of collagen, elastin and fibrillin). Stimulates the skin's natural protection mechanisms against the sun, enhances immunity and skin healing processes.<\/p>\n

Raspberry seed oil, fresh, cold-pressed in our oil mill\u00a0<\/strong>is a natural sunscreen. It provides the skin with two very powerful antioxidants, vitamins A and E, which is great for protecting the skin from photo-ageing. Thanks to such protection in summer, the skin looks young, is radiant, smooth with an even colour. In addition, the oil soothes irritations and regenerates the epidermis. Method of use:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Therapeutic doses for oils are 2 tablespoons a day, preferably on an empty stomach, or you can add to your favourite salad, dish, fit smoothie.<\/p>\n

This oil is great for body massage, especially in summer, it will protect the skin from photo-ageing and in winter to give it a beautiful colour. When used regularly, it will contribute to a better looking and feeling skin.( Shake before use)<\/p>\n
