The customer has 24 hours to reserve a place Once the deposit has been paid, the client receives the chosen date. The advance payment is deducted from the treatment. A refund of the deposit is possible in random situations, cancellation less than 3 days before the planned treatment entitles the salon to forfeit the client's deposit and not make any further bookings, or charge a higher price of up to 30% per treatment.
